This policy explains what personal data FX Sync Pro (https://fxsyncpro.com) collects and how it’s used. The site is run by Jason in the United Kingdom.

What I collect

• Newsletter: if you subscribe, your email address is collected and stored by my newsletter provider, Beehiiv, to send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
• Server logs: like most websites, the server keeps short-term technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.

The site does not use advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google’s servers.

Why and how long

Newsletter data is used only to send the newsletter, on the basis of your consent, and kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for a limited time for security.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how it’s used. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
